Terms and conditions for CamperCamera photo booth hire.
CamperCamera are unable to take any responsibility for unforeseen conditions and circumstances which may result in delay, cancellation or change of vehicle, these conditions include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions or mechanical/electrical breakdown. Freddie is maintained to a high standard, however he is over 40 years old and in effect an antique. In the event of a full breakdown and failure to reach final destination a full refund will be made.
We ask for a £50 deposit to secure booking. Full balance must be paid in full one month before the date of your event.
Times of hire will be agreed one month before event date. If we are booked from 9pm to 11pm we will have the booth ready by 9pm and will finish at 11pm. If we are set up and you want us to start earlier, the session will start when the first photo is taken and will go on for the agreed length of time. If there is a delay due to technical problems, time will be added.
Maximum of 4 people allowed in the booth at all times.
No drinks to be taken in the booth.
Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a adult, the adult doesn’t have to enter the booth but must supervise the child.
Guests that are using the booth must be in a fit state to do so. The operator has the right to refuse entry.
If the operating system in the booth is put under any risk or damaged, the session will be terminated.
If the operator receives any verbal or physical abuse the session will be terminated.
Props are to be kept with the booth.
The booth can be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances- weather, vehicle breakdown, booth breakdown. Refunds will be given.
The purpose of the booth is for fun memories at your event. We aim to achieve this with our professional fully trained staff.
